Furthermore, there are seven grounds for divorce that you must choose from. They include insupportability, living apart, confinement in a mental hospital, cruelty, abandonment, conviction of a felony and adultery. Another part of divorce is deciding whether or not alimony is possible. If one partner is unable to earn enough income, it may be required. As time goes on, this can be amended.
